It's hard to come to a business lunch and then flirt with me, two hard-boiled eggs and 200 grams of grated carrots. Often, such requests have not been fulfilled. Therefore, you must carry all items with you in your wallet. Moreover, it is most likely to prepare a weight loss meal the day before.
Delightful number 1
Japanese food for 13 days will be about 2 times less than a daily business lunch or working lunch. More importantly-buy food for the family.

Generally speaking, if at least half of the food makes you uncomfortable, it is best not to start a strict diet. Since I eat very passionately in "normal life" and fish, boiled beef, carrots, kefir and cabbage, I am frankly happy to see them on my table.
Many people ask the question of drinking coffee every morning—isn’t it harmful? If you have heart problems or high blood pressure, coffee may have an adverse effect. It is worth consulting your doctor before starting the Japanese diet.
All-round feeling
Two days before the diet, an illusion lingered in my heart: as soon as I closed my eyes, a thin pancake appeared deep in my heart, involuntarily rolled into a tube. Then someone kindly dipped it in strawberry jam and handed it to me. No olfactory hallucinations. After chasing me for two days, the pancake fell behind.
The indifference and calm attitude towards food continues to this day. This does not mean that if someone invites me to try something delicious, I will refuse it harshly. But the nerve tremor caused by "there is so much food over there" is no longer observed.
I didn't lose that much-only 4 kg, but the weight did not increase. I don't know who to thank: the developer of Japanese diet or myself-doing exercise twice a week. The only detail: during dieting, your body is obviously weakened, and finally opening an unopened bottle of mineral water will become problematic. But then the strength quickly recovered.
